Just the other day, i was asked by one of my associates about the standard basic salary of a national, and i quickly replied him, between 150 - 200 OMR if lucky by the way. Ever wondered how people survive on such a salary and this is not even a part time, it is their actual full time salary. The people who plan these rules and regulations of the standard national basic salary to me is just simply pathetic and stupid. How can you work for 30+ days and receive such a salary for all the effort and hard work you have put in. I mean do all the employers think alike to give such a salary even though the company is a strong business within the walls of the country? How can the boss eat, sleep well, while his/her employers suffer to get paid a lousy salary at the end of a month!

I have seen employers who are willing to give their employees a balanced salary according to their needs, and there those huge companies who pay employees like they have money to throw. I have witnessed it with my own two eyes and i am not shocked to say but its very disturbing in some manner.
Look at it this way, most young Arabs would love to get married young and grow old happy with their family, and how do they do it with such a salary? Loans, i presume. So how can you live with credit all your life. Aren't you liable to enjoy the money you work for at the end of the day?
I once came across a decent person who was working for a undisclosed company, and he was in the transport department, driving the company truck for 28 days a month, and i politely asked him how much he was paid, and he told me 140omrs Monthly, then he broke his silence and told me that he has a wife and the his first born was already on the way! It's kind of a touching and saddening moment when stories like this come across you. If you evaluate the way this young man spends his monthly salary, then you do realize that he actually works for no damn reason at all.

Monthly Salary - 140/-
 basic expense  - 50/-
 transportation  - 30/-
2nd expenses   - 50/-
That's already 130/- spent for small expenses. There is no rent or clothing or for the child. Questions arise yet no answer can be found to such a solution. How did he end up in such a position? He has the right to quit that job and look for another occupation that will pay him better, but he decides to work there for a reason!
Now let's evaluate the company he works for. A well known company that makes more than quarter of a million every month and the number of employees does not exceed 35. Tell me, how much is the owner making on a monthly basis after all expenses are deducted and salaries are paid, with the highest paid employee is being paid 800/-?
If this company was to take 50,000/- to pay their employees, would that be bad, and this simple hardworking driver would get a proper salary and have the benefit of living his life in a proper way without struggling at all.

My final question is "Why be so greedy and watch others suffer?" Your the DAMN employer, give your employees a break and pay them a proper salary. Why should you eat and sleep well, drive fancy cars and dress well, while the ones you employee get the job done for you and get treated like the dirt on your sandal?
There are some employers out there who have the heart to understand their employees problems, but for the ones who can't and are ignorant, well remember that all people started with nothing and build something...

Developed under the codename "F10," the new 5-Series softens the harder lines of the previous E60 with more conventional-looking headlights and a cleaner front-end design. Despite new European pedestrian safety standards that are expected to drastically alter the design of many European cars for the worse, BMW has managed to maintain its classic twin-kidney grille design with the new 5-Series while simultaneously reducing the length of the front overhang. The BMW 5-Series offers high-performance driving capabilities in a sedan that can carry five adults in comfort and luxury.

The latest 5-Series will offer one eight-cylinder and three six-cylinder gas engine options. Two diesel six-cylinder models will also be available in certain Europe, with the most fuel efficient version being the 47 mpg (U.S.) 520d. The 258 horsepower 528i will be the entry-level model in the U.S. The range-topping 550i model comes packing a 407 hp version of BMW's turbocharged V8. As expected, BMW's 306 hp turbocharged inline-six will be available in the 535i model. A 530d model is also available -- featuring a 245 hp diesel engine. Fuel economy figures vary greatly to match the level of horsepower for each distinct trim level, but numbers begin at 28 mpg highway on the 528i, and drop to 22 mpg highway for the 400 hp 550i model. The next-generation 5-Series features an eight-speed automatic transmission with an all-wheel drive optional denoted by an "x" followed the numeric model name. The new 5 will also have Park Distance Control and an around view monitor system, similar to Infiniti's Around View Monitor.

With a population not more than 5 million people including locals and all foreigners, i came to recognize this! Every young self esteemed person would like to have the ultimate package which is owning the coolest car, dressed better than a Pimp, loaded with cash, and of course knows all the girls. I just laugh when i see people like this, because not everyone can be famous in Oman, let alone it be Muscat, but reality speaking why someone is never that too well known is because everyone gossips.
MCT people gossip so bad, they make the movie "Mean Girls" look like an expired production movie trailer. And thanks to facebook, nowadays its even posted there. I can give a list of names of the people i know who like to show off and try to be at the top of every single one's agenda and really at the end of the day, they only qualify to be full of shit.
The way i see it, the only people who deserve A-List celebrity fame are those who do good, have talent and showcase their talent. Music artists like Mista Q, DanZak, AKD, SG, Yung Starz. Dj's who bang the sound into your ear like Dj Z3E, Dj Moodz. Models which i do not know of any, actors who also i do not know any at all, or sportsmen and women of all kind, i.e Fatma Al-Nabhani, and Ali Al-Habsi, and so on.
So who is the next celebrity, hehe. Time to laugh, even my close friends like to get on the spotlight, smile and act like they are a million dollars walking! You know what, please i beg you, do not get a life, stick to yours, and yes you might be popular today, but what about tomorrow and the day after.
"I criticize people because they behave like lame ass people. By the way if you ever made a more than twice and one sucked! Believe me, its because people just did not want to show up. If your business does not sell, but your always in Left Bank handing out business cards, then thats just absolute insane. I swear i wish i could give names of people who do shit like this but really i do not want to be called to the police station for no reason at all. Been there 3 times in a week in March alone. For the ones who think they are smart, and have it all, well good for you, the others who have nothing, but an empty glass, and a 50 Baisa change hanging, then please exit because you suck!
I take the opportunity to sometimes analyze people and what i see is just funny at times. Actually i can tell you, one of the most famous people in MCT is the Nawras guy on his Bicycle doing stunts. Everyone knows him, and he might have more recognition than you.
You know what, keep it low, if you are rich, and want fame, then please go to Milan or Hollywood and let the paparazzi get a hold of you. If your broke and love fame, stick to the F***** protocol and shut the F*** up. If you think you too perfect! well, that's just it, You are not?
