In God We Trust, In Man Cash Comes First : (Mr. Blue City)

A profound businessman, owns a couple of large businesses, right. He plays by the book, follows the rules, and smiles at the camera, while telling you the next big thing that will change Oman, modernization from the classic era to the modern era. A dream that looks familiar to that of our neighbors, the Emirates. My question is, sometimes something can look so real, and so perfect, yet it is only there for us to see and not feel. A city built on the northern beach sands of Oman, a city, in-fact a "BLUE CITY".

Well, i really do not feel like typing a whole lot of B.S, and story cut short is that "The Omani population was sold into an imagination while the seller was @ home calculating his income, which jackpot estimates it at $900 million. Well, if your father or mother invested in Blue City, tell them to either cash out now, or forever remain feeling the pain. Anyways everyone got to eat, and the boss want to eat well before his time is up! Remember the Ponzi Scheme & Bernard Madoff who scammed almost $400 million from his victims, well, am not saying that this is the same case, but damn it does draw a great  and similar scenario.

Insane, Applelious & Green, Custom, Complexed

This week alot of things happened, i totally lost it and went insane with Bank Muscat over lack of understanding of some nature and cause of them not trying to understand our business, which in other words not caring in customer service but caring about internet fraud more. I tell you, the bank is so redundant that they actually think they can prevent internet fraud! Banks are like one of the most secured companies in the world, even the panic attack alarm is responded within 1-3 minutes, but the only thing the bastards can not handle is internet fraud. No matter how strong and secure the financial institutions are, they are always freaks and computer tech maniacs out there who are better, wiser and more discreet to their proceedings. I like to think of a bank as the most secure place for putting your money, and also the most idiotic place to get asked abnormal questions.

Do you love apples? Do you love apples and the color green? Now do you love the color green? Well, i came to meet a wonderful lady who is self employed, love her for that, and has a sense of humor and loves green, and apples. Then later on i came to realize that she loves Costa Coffee as well, and also has one at the exact location of her office. IFA DESIGNS, excellent at making designs and everything else that fits well before a presentation and also advertising.... (Too much credit for Ifa, Hey even me am good and you said it).

I like custom things, never liked originals because everyone has access to it. If its custom, it's usually has different things or parts from the original concept. Take for example a Blackberry Bold, well everyone within limits can afford the cellphone but not everyone can have a unique model. (Special Editions are not considered custom, because they are only made for those who can pay more). And yes my love for custom items is because you stand out of the crowd, and always make the original feel useless, hated, and dull, that is why my company is custom all the way. Hey, i do not mean i will let you sit on a first class premium seat in the middle of economy class just to make the rest of the passengers look cheap....... (Just Wrong).

Had to post my friend's picture, damn the woman is lost in translation. A couple of words for you: overrated, complexed, messy, confused, happy, cheerful, up, down, almost done, 1 year's work. Asad's Picture of the month (March 2010)

Apart from the work and the meetings, i thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday all around facebook and twitter, and sms, and emails also, and the ones who called, and the family members i also had to remind. For Laith & Khalid, that will never happen again...... No matter what! I did not get any gifts meaning i do not understand why all of you bastards consider me a friend and can't get me even a can of coca-cola and please do not use that phrase "or it's because of the financial crisis and all that, it was a year back and did not affect you, and the ones who got me gifts, thank you for not getting me anything on my wish list, your useless but unfortunately truly loved and adored by me.

Self Employment Benefits: Asad's Facts

You can imagine last night was fun right, and you got home at 2am or 3am, or even maybe 4am, as your on your way to work which you are already late by an hour and a couple of minutes. Traffic is bad because you have been in the same spot for the last 20minutes and you can still see your house from the side mirror. Then you get that un-wanted panic call that automatically jump starts your heart beat, the boss is calling!!!!!!!
You do know very well what he's first words are going to be, "Aye, Where Are You, Just Did Two Meetings And Your Still Not In?"

Just take a minute and think fast, deep, and analyze the outcome of that one call.
- Boss is mad
- Boss is happy
- Boss will kill someone today
- **** the boss, am the damn boss
- Warning letter
- Salary deduction
Everything you do or will do either makes your boss look bad or makes your boss look good, right? So if you feel that you got the urge to piss your boss every now and then, keep it up, your doing a good job, if you aren't into it, then why not just cut him all the B.S. drama, and quit the job.....

My theory is if anyone can work in a well organized company, then you could run your own business. Example, the mafia, its always well organized, even though they do not know how to do business, but end up being the best at it if you know what i mean. Likewise a man who is capable of working for someone else is just as capable as working for himself if he or she is well organized.

To avoid all the pain and misery, why not just be self employed? Start something small, and grow it up as you go along. And always remember that do what you like and not what others advise you to do.

Birthdays Suck As You Age!!!

What, am only 23, or should i say just turned 23, have a million friends everywhere, and yet every year the number of birthday friends reduce..... Ahh like i care anyways. As long i got the ones who love me, and a couple of friends here and there, then it's all good. Well, March 8th and i just turned 23, i am still young, as people would consider, got my life on track, 2 companies afloat, one started well, the other still pending until further notice, broke half the time, Costa Coffee all the time, drinking coffee and blogging. Chilling with friends, Me and Amri playing Pro Evolution Soccer on PS3, even though he's  better, insane calls that come up every morning on my cell phones. Beautiful girls who always check me out at the traffic lights, even though the Suzuki is old, and the Yaris is small, to me, this is just a small fraction of my dot com life. So when your birthday comes around, you are always surprised to see new faces, old faces, rich, poor, 50/50 people. In short, everyone you know. But as years go by, you tend to discover that the circle of friends you had 10 years back are not the same, either you have new friends, and the old ones have moved on, but the friends that never leave you are the ones you consider as family and really close friends..... Anyways it does bring joy and happiness and to me it's better than being around many people you do not know blowing candles on a cake that no matter how little you eat it, the cream is just too much..............

This is how i Celebrate my Birthday, i tell myself Happy Birthday Asad

A Bad Gone Good Dedication To DanZak

I am the victim of a crime, shot in between lies, and reborn off a sacrifice. I am the best, i make Lil Wayne look retired. Read between the lines, who did it like this and maybe even better. I am not insane, above that is where you can look at. That's where i stand, because you think you stand on the roof, i am way taller like the Eiffel tower on top of that one Burj in Dubai. Mel Gibson is famous in the movie, i am famous everywhere else. Your girlfriend has silicon breasts, i swear they look like bags of expired milk. Jesus walked on water, 50 Cent made billions selling water, me i might just flash the toilet and let it drain. All i needed was a dream, Elm street Freddy tried me and died in my dream. You see, granny loves me coz am the best, the rest is considered grand kids even if they babies and cute and shit. I love the Audi 2 door, especially if it could drop down the roof, but economically speaking, let me stick to the Yaris. This is dedicated to DanZak even though Hitlab to me is just another Senegal punk trying to make a dollar and win more airtime.............

Apex: Muscat Daily (27/Febuary/2010)

So Muscat Daily publish a story on the front page titled: Omani to become owner of Brazilian football club. Now the content of my story is absolutely explicit, so bear with me. I might swear and curse and use offensive language, so please do not sue me. And yes, read this at your own risk.
So anyways, this Omani businessman upgrades his assets to buy a football club in Brazil. A good step business wise, but a wrong step when the media tells the story. Finex 2005 Futebol Clube also known as Phoenix Football Club 2005, as of 2012 will be fully owned by Mr. Ahmed Bin Zaid Al-Mahrami (Thumbs Up). Now lets evaluate this situation wisely.
 1. Signs a sponsorship deal with Finex 2005 Futebol Clube for 2 years
 2. After sponsorship contracts end, he will buy or own the club
 3. Reportedly purchased the club for $2.5 million dollars.

It also mentioned that Al-Makan Cafe will be internationally known. Now unless he has Al-Makan cafes all over the world, then it will increase sales in his business, but if its just a local trend, then what does he benefit?
2nd of all, the club is not even that famous, making it a bad investment unless he plans to spend more millions on buying international superstars and taking them to Brazil to play (Hehe). I am not criticizing anyone so far, but WTF.

Ok, so $2.5 Million is approx. 963,000 OMR. The value of that amount is like purchasing two lands in Madinat Allam, in Muscat, each land sized about 600 square meters, so in Omani English, you can say he invested in two lands that cost 1 million Rials. (WTF).

Now lets get back home (Oman). Yeah, did you know that the population of Omani's that watch football don't even know anything about Brazilian league football.... We support teams like Arsenal, Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and teams that are well known.

So my ultimate question is, what the heck is Muscat Daily feeding our minds and time with stories like this?
Did he study business, or thinks buying a football club is like buying a playstation 3 and sticking it with his logo?

Someone please help me, I am confused???????????

Hustler's Ambitions: The Real Deal

Everyone has dreams and works 80% of his entire life to make sure he/she achieves the goals he/she has set. Others sacrifice everything and prefer to get rich quick in order to live the life of luxury, but as you can tell not all people can make it that fast. To me, that's living in the fast lane, and eventually you will run out of fuel or crash.
A hustler on other words will never think about the future, but always make money for the next day. A dollar made today is the same dollar spent tomorrow. Now imagine a hustler played his cards right and came into the game weak, a capital of 300 dollars, what could he possibly invest in?

- You always start small, one who is given a handout shouldn't ever be considered as a go getta (hard worker). Start something small like working for someone who can afford to pay you and learn the tactics of everyday business, which includes selling and buying, customer service, responsibility, basic accounting etc.... Once you understand and have built your small reputation in the local market, then you start to make deals to earn commissions. Securing an income for oneself is always a good way to start off. Extra income always balances your accounts leaving you running moderate until your monthly pay is received.
- One year of excellent good work relations and you can roll the dice and play it safe by starting something that is legal and officially registered. Building business relations with clienteles and other businesses is good for the long run, because whenever business is slow, you can always depend on your connects to bring in something to push in a little extra income. Never make your business personal, because you will always have problems with people all around. Always try to be legit, and never mix your business with the wrong type of business, because alphabet boys are always keeping a close eye, especially if your scoring huge profits.

- Tax is always an option, for instance, in my country, if you make over $80k, then they will expect you to tax it in. You can always bypass this by opening new businesses and slowing credits coming into the business. About three years of your hard work and sweat, you eventually to create a duplicate of the business in another location, which targets a whole new market of people. You can always change the field of your business, but remember that the field you are planning to operate is profitable and not a crash point.
- Always think big, as two of my friends keep advising me, 100k and they can trade it in the stock market, yes the gains are always good but that's one of the fast lanes, and a hustler always goes slow on his roll. Try to see how you can maximize your financial incomes. Start playing the mean game, putting others out of business, killing and controlling the whole market. *Remember that tipping is not appropriate everywhere but at the same time, it makes things run smoother and faster. By controlling a strong 70% of the industry in which you operate, then bigger pictures can come into play.

- Before you start going places, you have to show that you earned it. A Bentley, Range Rover, a house on the hills, one on the beach and a pent house in the middle of the desert with a helipad on the balcony is not bad. A woman to hold you down, and a mother showered in riches. The type of mother who prefers breakfast in St. Tropez, and lunch in Madrid, and dinner in Muscat. Always keep it real.
- Never think like your idols. If 50 Cent got rich selling Vitamin Water, do not think you can sell a company of  energy drinks and be a billionaire. Having your name on clothing is nice, believe me, but it is not worth the pain and stress unless you plan to put someone there on your behalf. Try and invest in Airlines, Banks, Financial Institutions, Real Estate even though the USA is facing the recession. Word of advise, its God's will that you made it, so always remember to give back to the community and to the world. Never give a person who is on his knees begging, but always help the ones who have been left behind and the world itself does not give a damn.

- In the S Class being driven around by a chauffeur, while your assistant briefly details your calendar and appointments, smoke to always release your pressure. Carry a gun if your in any African country and never carry out more money than you expect, because others may know your value and change the scene from a day of work to a day of hell.

Once again, when it comes to making money, take the issue seriously and not as a joke, because one man's fortune is another man's misery.

So hustle the wise way and keep it real always......

Takers

When i saw this preview, i was like "wow". How many actors and artists can you put in one project and make something this interesting. The movie "Takers" directed by John Luessenhop brings in the action packed movie of the 1st quarter of 2010. Bank robbers planning to loot 20 million, the cowboy ways.
Personally i saw the trailer and loved the movie, but also instead of Chris Brown, they could have put Ludacris or another hardcore southern rapper, but hence C.B is already in it, then i bet it's all good.

When the movie is out, and i get to watch it, and analyze it like all other movies, then i think i will post it down and make sure i keep it real...
